SAVANNAH - THE ANTHONY HOUSE
UPDATE - February
2014
After a long delay, this project is back on track. However, there were a few
design changes made to the original plans by a local architect
on the island of Antigua. The client contacted me in January 2014 to request a
series of visuals of the proposed construction. They were
now entering the marketing phase of the project and were looking at producing
brochures and a website
to assist with this phase.
The images below are the visuals that were produced.
BRIEF:
"A new
family home on an undeveloped site at Savannah, on an east facing bluff with
uninterrupted panorama to
north, east and south over the Caribbean Sea, on the south side of Antigua. The
accommodation is to include living
and bedroom spaces that maximise the view outward to sea and inward to pool
allowing year round living."
Required to compile CAD drawings (based on head designer's SketchUp and concept
drawings) to be passed on to local
architect for planning application submission, which was submitted to The
Development Control Authority (DCA) in December 2011.
